I'll have to look through the searches again...

I wasnt planning on using a 500ci engine...

just looking for more possible donors, though i may have found a deal on a little 305 which would be nice to use until i can get around the smog limit (77).

if anyone has some more info i would be glad to hear it.

Thanks for your time,

Joe.

I'm a MAJOR caddy fan!! I belive the "caddy" 305 your getting is actually a chevy. In the dark ages of automobiles(i.e. the late 70's, mid 80's), GM used a few motors in just about every car. I've seen old's motors in caprice, caddy, pontiac, as well as a fleetwood w/ a chev 305. Actual cadillac V8's in that year range include-4.1L(weiner), 368ci(weiner), 425ci(weiner), & 500ci(not weiner).

I would LOVE to see that Cad-Z or whatever page!!!! Anyone have the link??? cheers.gif
