Thinking of an Rb26/25 swap

Hey guys, im thinking of swapping an RB into my 1978 280z, but i have some questions first, and please, dont refer me to a SEARCH button, i have already tried.

Any ways, i wanted to know:

1-What mods to the body are needed to use AWD

2-I hear the Z31 mounts and Oil pan from a J'spec car will work, but what about USDM Z31's? can i still use the parts? (on the 25 and 26)

3-I really need some info on the electronics work that will need to be done, can anyone tell me where i can read up on it?

4-Where can i get my hands on an RB, i happen to be up in Alberta, and its a bit harder to get my hands on one than in the US.

and right now im just really looking for more reading material, so if anyone can help, i would be very thankful.

Thanks guys.

P.S, i looked at the "So you wanna swap an rb motor in you're z?"

I'm gonna be nice and actually reply to this a little.

Lots. If you have to ask, too many.

How many US market z31's came with RB20's?

Theres lots of variables there... are you keeping the OEM RB ECU or aftermarket? Are you keeping the s130 body harness or aftermarket?

meggela.com has a bunch of nice info, but I can't get his site up to verify it.

Theres supposed to be a really nice place in Quebec, and I've heard of a few in BC and Toronto.

I know Stony has a web-site with pics of the work he did to make it go down in his car. I know all that has to be done to make it work and I think the biggest deal is the oil pan. I have RB motors for about $2800.00 with the tranny and ECU's. Gimmy a call or drop me line with wtih you number and I will brain storm with you a bit. Good luck.
