vega Posted October 25, 2004 Share Posted October 25, 2004 1. Has anyone considerd the Vg30dett from the nissan R32 (usa)? If so how much did they spend(or would spend)? Only two thought of it for the 240sx and NEVER ended up doing it. I did not either I found it would cost me about 6500... 4. Would the V-swap cost this much (i know this is not the best place for this one...sorry) 3. Now I have a another quick question, If I got a boost controller (i think one of the garrets is the best there was a study not too long ago on the best...) and turned the boost ALL the way down, would I get better MPG then a v-8? 4. How much power does it take to get these classic 240z's into the mid 12s? it took about 300for the 240sx with slicks to do 13's. 5. how easy is it to pick up a 240z (in minnesota area) for 3gs with little rust (i can fix it just as long as it is not major, I plan to fiberglass the whole thing latter any how) 6. lastly these things are LOW to the ground what will i need to do for this thing to do at least decently in the winter? anything I can do about rust for the fram by the way?
