if you are asking if you can somehow alter your current automatic transmission to a stick shift, the answer is no. if you are asking if you can buy a manual transmission and swap it out for your current auto, the answer is yes.

 

assuming you meant the latter, the swap is only slightly more difficult than a normal transmission removal and reinstallation.

 

prices... i'm not sure what an decent manual transmission for a z typically cost, other than that you will need a flywheel, clutch and pressure plate, clutch master and slave cylinder + hydraulic hose, different driveshaft, a clutch pedal assembly for inside the car and an interior consol made for a manual.

that should be all the major parts needed for that swap, there will be at least a couple of 'small' items that will also might be needed, but there always are.
