Guest iskone
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MfcISAPICommand=ViewItem&item=7948013397 It's a killer 406 that sounds almost bullet proof. In my DD2000 it makes around 550hp and 560tq the tourqe comes in strong after 4700rpm. I think as long as I don't launch it off the line my drivetrain should be fine 4 speed R200 3.90 I did a search but couldn't find any info about Bow Tie blocks. They are the same external dimensions as any SBC(non LT/LS) right? What about bellhousings would I need a special one. Now here is my problem. I lost the auction but I got this e-mail Hello, The high bidder have not enough money to pay me now ... i must wait about one month to get all money at once, and i need the money in a fast time posiblle. The selling price for this will be US $2,052.00. If you're ready for this purchase, please send me your full name and address- as soon as I have them I'll start the official procedure, and eBay will notify you about this. You'll also receive important guidelines + instructions from them (please go through them exactly). I will pay all the shipping fees. Thank you! $2052.00 was my max bid(I was hoping nobody would find the 406). I spoke to this guy over the phone and his english was good it even came with a thick Oklahoma accent. He told me he wanted $5500 over the phone. The e-mail is also from a differnt addy and he didn't leave his name, altough the e-mail had all the ebay crap like the respond botton. So what do you guys think. 1. Too much power/torque for my 240(only sub frame srentghened)....NAH 2. Too fishy, ever hear of a scam like this? Guest iskone
I did givew my phone number out. I don't think it would be enough to do any harm though. If you could get screwed with just your name and number we'd have to look out for scams everyday. Even at the winning price of $4500 thats a good deal.
