CruxGNZ
So, what was in it? It might be nothing... think about it. What is greater than God, More evil than the devil, The poor have it, The rich need it, And if you eat it, you'll die? The answer, nothing. !M! It goes like this...."A fool and his money soon part!!" Come on, who in their right mind would bid on an envelope with unknown contents? BrandonsZ
I couple years ago I was going to sell the keys to my friend's Rotten 240sx on Ebay and not tell them what car it goes to. But I never went through with it. I had the ad all designed and everything including a picture of his dog holding the keys in his mouth. But if you put a reserve on they will know how much it's worth, and he got skittish about possibly selling his car for $1.00.
Chaparral2f
I thought the phrase was " A fool and his money are soon partying"
Guest comeandzpa
The envelope was purchased by The Golden Palace Casino, who tends to do spend money in very bizarre ways. Previous purchases include the grilled cheese sandwich with the image of the Virgin Mary, as well as advertising spots on a man's forehead and a pregnant woman's stomach. Check out their website (http://www.goldenpalaceevents.com/ebay/envelope01.php)for their write-up on the envelope. They may or may not reveal the contents. 2126
I thought the phrase was " A fool and his money are soon partying" I'm sure you're right about that one!!! At least you'd have some fun burning up the cash as opposed to buying an envelope with who knows what inside! Maybe.....just maybe this casino is behind the mystery envelope gig to begin with, in the hopes of some cheap advertising or something. Ahhh, who cares anyway! BrandonsZ
Okay now I'm thinking it's a scam by the casino to get publicity which (like a shill) I just ate up!
