Guest Jason84NA-T
Ok, so this seems like a stupid idea but it may work. I have a few spare AFM's and some 440CC/min drop in injectors for my VG30ET, I figured I could increase the base fuel pressure so the injectors are more like 520CC/min being double the stock 260CC/min value. Then using a split intake I could pull air from two AFM's but only one being hooked up (simply for same airflow on either side of the split intake).... pulling through one filter. Comments, suggestions?
Bernardd
That will work. You'll have to adjust your timing somewhat 'cause you'll probably have some wicked knock on boost. You don't need to use another afm. Place a pipe with a valve that you can adjust to control the bypass air to help tune it. I know someone that has done this exact same thing except he did it with a supercharger. He had to lower his fp somewhat then adjusted the bypass size and adjusted he had to adjust his timing. He was using a NA ecu I believe. He runs mid 12's.
