Obviously the 24 valve dual overhead design will be superior to the single overhead stock design considering the extra intake/exhaust volume that can be had, with porting/polishing giving even more flow capability, especially with forced induction. And surely with the more efficient head, and maybe some extra crank/piston/rod balancing, the engine will be able to run at a higher rpm due to the new optimum powerband range, which would most likely be higher and at the same time produce 600 horsepower with no problem. I know I'm curious to see your results, but hopefully you can find a way to cast it after getting it put together. I personally wouldn't want an extra gasket surface on the head to worry about.
