Hopefully you guys get your hybrid head up and running soon, we're going to wear this thread out! Ha ha! Obviously the 24 valve dual overhead design will be superior to the single overhead stock design considering the extra intake/exhaust volume that can be had, with porting/polishing giving even more flow capability, especially with forced induction. And surely with the more efficient head, and maybe some extra crank/piston/rod balancing, the engine will be able to run at a higher rpm due to the new optimum powerband range, which would most likely be higher and at the same time produce 600 horsepower with no problem. I know I'm curious to see your results, but hopefully you can find a way to cast it after getting it put together. I personally wouldn't want an extra gasket surface on the head to worry about.
