What if there was no arrow through it?? thanks guys!!! I looked through all the 'common' symbols and did not find it anywhere, besides this website where I stumbled upon it by accident. BrandonsZ Posted April 11, 2005 Share Posted April 11, 2005 No value to this conversation, but an application of this appreaed on old radios, the dial actually moved plates which changed the capacitance of the circuit thereby changing the resonance frequency of the LCR circuit.
