73speed
hello, does anyone have the part number for the griffin radiator they are using with their ls1 conversions?
MikeJTR
The JTR radiator works well in the LS1 Z car. It's not a Griffin radiator, but it works well in the LS1 Z. The following link shows the JTR radiator in an LS1 powered Z: http://www.jagsthatrun.com/Pages/Parts_DAT-Z_LS1-AirDucting.html

maichor
I bought a Howe radaitor. Very similar to the Griffin aluminum but much cheaper. I notched the frame rails and welded them closed again to fit the largest possible radaitor in there. I have not been disappointed. The fans hardly ever run. jeromio
For what it's worth, I have the brass version of that JTR radiator (b/c I'm po') and it has worked fine. On a hot day stopped in traffic, the low speed fan will come on for maybe 30sec every few minutes.
