rayaapp2
Modified a RB26DETT front clip frame to a S-30 to use the AWD? I was just thining about it for a future swap. Cutting out the stock strut area and replacing it with the Skyline front end. Reinforcing it when completed obviously and getting a stock looking AWD S-30... Pictures? I already know that there will be a small issue of aligning the front diff/motor and the chassis for minimal angle on the CVs. I have seen it discussed here, but never done. DAW
How's the width of the track compare? How about the rear clip components? It's crossed my mind as well (AWD S30), and I think it would be great. I'd personally be thinking a lighter engine, either 4cyl or alloy-block 6 or 5 cyl. DAW
Guest JAMIE T
Try the search. It's been done in Japan. Something like 1000 hp. Was featured in a magazine in Japan.
rayaapp2
dont need no stinken lighter block. It has plenty of power to make up for the weight. At least for my tastes. Any idea on what magazine that was?
