We are working on it Saturdays only, sunday is for his 1970 mustang. We pulled the engine today and hopefully we will have it done in about 2 months (excluding bodywork and suspension). I plan on buying a crate engine in about a month or so depending on personal loans granted by friends. On a similar note, if anyone wants scarab parts or a complete minus carb 350 with th350 tranny and lives in the bay area let me know. The person who did the scarab conversion messed up the underside so it is going to be a pain doing subframe connectors, time to buy a really big hammer I guess. Also I have to try to do the rest of the project without closing the drivers side door due to shaved door handles and electronic only operation (something I plan to change at least for safety reasons). -Dylan Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
