S15 200sx owner Posted June 13, 2005 Share Posted June 13, 2005 Hi Guys I picked up a great new book last week called "Forced Induction Performance Tuning" by Graeme Bell. It's an Australian book. It will make a great resource to anyone playing with a turbo charged engine. I also have "Maximum Boost" by Corky Bell, (USA) which is also a great book, but FIPT goes into a lot more detail of engine preperation and fuel systems etc with many calculations for working out fuel flows for injectors and pumps etc. One thing they mentioned was that for making maximum HP, you should not run your injectors at more than 60% duty cycle, interesting. Heaps of other charts on HP ratings of different sized components, exhausts, intercooler piping and T/B's etc. Even has a large detailed section on Nitros assisted turbos. A great book!!
