proxlamus©
Ok.. after finally getting everything tuned out perfectly with my car.. NOW it smokes once it warms up.... when i start it, the car runs fine and no smoke, then after driving for a bit and the exhuast is warmed up, it smokes.. white/blue smoke.. BAD... then goes away... my assumption is there is oil coming out of the turbo on shut down, and sits inside the exhuast pipe. Then when I start the car up again and the exhuast warms up it burns.. hence the smoke.. I checked the intercooler piping and no oil residue or anything so i'm not sure if its a bad turbo oil seal or what?!? Help me!!
akeizm
I sounds like a turbo leak. If you were burning oil in the cylinders you would smoke as soon as you turned the key. When I put the wrong rings in my engine as soon as I started it it smoked. When I put the right rings in, the car wouldn't smoke when it started but when it got hot enough the excess oil in the exhaust would burn out.
