He also limited the travel on the front end and rear. Wait a minute...you mean...you're running those times through stock Z rear end?!? I was going do a pro charger, I priced out one and what it would take and like me I have to go big and it was just too expensive for me. Turbo Meister Posted July 22, 2005 Share Posted July 22, 2005 Thanks, is that a pro-charger or turbo? I have a Twin Turbo 383 in a 72 Z. It is smog exempt(72) and runs well on the street since boost never comes on until I floor it. It has run a best of 6.22 seconds and best of 116mph at a 1/8th mile dragstrip. Pump gas on the street race gas at the strip. I look forward to more of your videos. In the video section of the photo albums I have posted some videos of my Z racing.
