Guest CS_280ZX Posted July 26, 2005 Share Posted July 26, 2005 Hi there, i couldnt find any other posts for this, any help would be greatly appreciated, i have a 79 280zx 2+2 and the bonnet grills are painted black as well as the grilling in front of the wiper arms. but the black is now patchy and faded, i have tried to restore the gloss black finish with some nice black paint i had here ( spray ) but only to see it fade and patch again in app. 5weeks. which type of spray paint should i be using, i was thinking heat proof black (gloss) ? cheers.
