People are pretty adamant about newbies reading the rules and using the search function to answer basic questions. Start with site rules, a sticky at the top of the forum list. Then go to the FAQ section: http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=103836 After that use the search function and start reading old threads. What you need to do depends heavily on what you want to do with the car. Best way to figure that out is to start reading old threads.
