savageskaterkid
Is it just me or does the Fiat Dino have alot in common with the early Z's. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1970-Fiat-Dino-Completely-Restored_W0QQitemZ4579718590QQcategoryZ6218QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
Chewievette
I'm not seeing any similarities, what is it exactly that you see them sharing?
Guest ON3GO
well that was a Pininfarina design and so was pretty every older ferrari, and the Z was designed after alot of cars in that era.. so ya i guess so. mike
Z-TARD
I can pick out a few: The rear fender arch looks very close, as does the tail light area. The wheel arches look really close, I bet a set of ZG's would bolt right on. The rear quarter window is almost the same shape, just twice as large. MusPuppis
The lines are similar on the cars.. Never really looked at one of those cars before.. that little guy is slick.
AK-Z
I can kind of see the similarities. Just with the quarter window and the tailight plate. The 240z was actually designed, for lack of a better word, after the porsche 911 and the jaguar e-type.
ZG240
MusPuppis, that's a nice site you've got going there. Keep it up!
MusPuppis
Thankya kindly. Gonna do my best to update it as I go. Looks like I wont be able to pull the engine for a few more days, so I may go ahead and start some of the dinky body work and surface rust *** kicking.
