I was up at My brothers house in N.H. last week and got to drive His 77 280Z a few times. He has a 375HP 327 SBC w/t-56 in it.Boy what a blast it is to drive!I loved it!He did a very nice JTR conversion.I wish I had My Camra with Me so I could of showed You guys the conversion. My bad :( .He took it to the track and it ran a 13.70@ a little over a 100.That was with sreet tires and a bit of tire spin.It feels a lot faster than that driving it on the street!

Hi Ron. How's it going with your Z? I just put on titanium drive studs and aluminum wheel nuts, drilled rear rotors and an aluminum pinion yoke. eight hundred bucks for 3.8 pounds. puke.gif Are we racers stupid or what. Ran last wekend 105 deg. and over 4000 ft air, Damm, August here sucks. Still ran mid 8.60's though, maybe that negative 3.8 pounds helped. :D

Yea,I'm fairly sure My brothers car with run in the 12's with "hook".As far as My car goes Jon,its running good.I havn't been doing that great as far as driving goes though.I get through two rounds every week, buts thats it.Last week I lost in the second round by.002 second!!!!Thats been the story all year. You need a little luck in this sport, and the only luck that finds Me is bad luck.the car has gone a best of 8.61 this year.Thats at the slow track(LVD).
