r200 from 300zx

I search and search and the more i do, the more confused I get

 

Heres the deal: If i pick up a 91 q45 lsd r200/230, exactly what will i need to make it work? 71 240z

 

Say I order the mustache bar from arizonazcars...I keep seeing everyone making elaborate mounting systems for these that look like a maze, will the billet mustache bar eliminate the need for all this custom fab work?? It looks like a nice piece.

 

So say i get the q45 diff and the billet mustache bar to mount in a 240z, what all other parts do I need?

 

I will have a warmed over lt1 with a t56 so it will need to go to something reliable in the back

Its a bloody mess to put a short nose R200V in a S30, you would be better off gutting your Q45 diff and stuffing it in a long nose early Z car R200 (thats what I'm doing), this way you don't have to sweat bullets over your front diff mount.
