rubin
wondering if its ever been done. dont know the exact figures but i know its a pretty good motor with impressive numbers should be quite easy to find, exept that its a fwd engine would be interesting to swap in a high revving dohc domestic motor

wrenchtech
If I remember correctly, that's a Ford V6 DOHC motor with heads designed by Yamaha. 220hp I think. In a day when most V6's were putting out about 140. -- Matt
randy 77zt
my machinist is on a team that uses that engine in a bonnieville salt flat car.engine is making close to 500 hp normally asperated.engine will rev to 10,000 rpm but was limited to save alternators and a/c compressors.you need a bellhousing from a v6 5spd aerostar.good luck
