Z0wner
I need some information on a 1983zx non turboed (i think it is) I found a parts car of this version and I am wondering if i should buy it? What can be used from it for my other Z? I currently have a 260z 74 1/2 is the differential good? SORRY, please don't flame me, I really don't have much time before having to decide whether do buy it or not I don't have time to research the vehicle make in general either ! so please, information would be great
mentallylost
When in doubt, let it pass. Research the parts that you want to upgrade on your 260z first and then look for a donor vehicle. It is too easy to rush and buy something in haste that is not really needed.

You can basically use the complete drivetrain and brakes....of course there are some little details you will encounter in the swap. Its been done many many times, so I guess its all about what the seller is asking and the condition of the ZX?
Z0wner
according to the owner the vehicles drivetrain is in pristine condition. The body needs work etc. etc. but the drivetrain is perfect anyway, I want a l28et for my vehicle or a v8 so, i would prolly buy this for the rear disc brakes/ diff/ other misc parts well, its about 300$
