Guest iskone
My current setup (in my sig) is a 6-3-2 that feeds into (2) 2.25" pipes leading into (2) 5" diamater by 18" long Super Trapp mufflers. At the moment I have 12 discs in each muffler but normally run 5 each. In therory I have enough muffler to suport 900-1000hp (at least that's what Super Trapp says) This was all setup by the PO, so far everything the PO has done has been top notch and with reason. I have been thinking about just going with (1) 2.5" pipe and feeding into just one muffler. I will only be racing the car at sea level. I've thought I could be losing some scavengening effects with sooooo much exhaust. I'm not sure if I should keep the Super Trapp or go with something else. One thing I hate is they dispurse the exhaust gasses in a 360* radius so my white car gets covered in soot. Whadda think? Isk
johnc
Forget exhuast flow and horsepower, think how much weight you'll save by going with a single pipe and muffler.

Yeah I was thinking about that too. It makes no sense to have no interior and 2 mufflers. Isk
