Rust is the big problem with a Z, a buddy of mine bought one and when he tried to pick it up with a fork lift the front clip broke off. That motor is mounted way forward and that is one thing to think about because if it isn't exactly where you want it it will take time and effort to move it. It also said it had a C4, would you want a three speed? It was a tight fit but I did a trial fit with AOD and with my engine 1/4" from the firewall so it could work that way.
