Phantom Posted July 7, 2006 Author Share Posted July 7, 2006 Thanks to everyone for all the good suggestions. Each was viable and typically could have caused my problem. As it turns out it was what I suspected - a burned spade connector near the starter. It was heat stressed by the exhaust system on the passenger side and finally failed. I didn't have the proper equipment to get in and investigate it so I tried all the other obvious possibilities first. Once I got it to a shop with the right equipment it took them less than hour to find & repair the problem. Back on the road again! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
