TPS Question

Anyone know what resistance range the TPS is supposed to provide?

EDIT: OK, a while back I was trying to fix another problem with my MegaSquirt. During this time my TPS was working like a champ. I was getting frusturated with the problem at hand so I took a minute for the simple pleasure of playing with the gas pedal and watching the MegaTune gauge move up and down (I know, Im an idot). Well, after about a minutes of playing with it the meter just got stuck at about 50%. At first I thought maybe somehow a wire came loose, so I pulled all the old (shody) wiring out and ran some brand new wire with good connections. Nogo. I thought maybe the TPS went bad, which lead me to my original post in this thread. But I figured out what resistance range my TPS is supposed to be putting out, and it tested good. I am 100% sure that it is wired correctly, I have 5v comming out of the MegaSquirt all the way to the TPS and I know the ground has a good connection. It seems that the MS isnt accepting a signal input for some reason. I checked continuity all the way from the TPS to the MS board and there is a solid connection all the way. I tried taking the +5v and running it directly into the signal line and there was no effect at all on the Mega Tune screen. Im really stumped on this one...
