T56 Slave Cylinder and Master Cylinder

Flame away if you like but I have searched for about an hour. Is anybody using the stock LT1 T56 slave cylinder on their LT1 conversion. I am a little tight on funds and it came with my motor and tranny. Same question on the Master Cylinder too, or I may have to bite the bullet and get the Tilton unit.

If you can figure a way to mount the stock master cyl... go ahead. Get the Tilton master cyl, it goes right in. I also took my stock slave hose and cut the master cyl connector off and had an AN-3 (I think) fitting crimped on, so the Tilton easily adapted to the stock slave.
