Guest DevilZwannabe
Probably kind of a stupid question, but considering the number of cylinders, the bore sizes and I might be mistaken, but I have heard of F54 blocks being built into both motors; I had to ask. ZDrifter
I dont know if your talkin about strait up motor parts but the Z lower wiring harness can be adapted to the RB motor with only like 2 changes in connections, its easier using the Z harness but you have to change the relay for the starter and alternator cuz the stock z one will burn up. I havent tried it yet but hopefully tomorrow im going to see if the oil pressure sensor from the Z will fit the RB, if so you can use your stock gauge. EMWHYR0HEN
Someone mentioned on this forum that the RB25 pressure plate and disc are interchangable, but thats probably about it. I wouldnt dare on trying to swap engine internal parts. oh, also the L oil press sensor threads into the RB so that you can use the stock gauge. However, the water doesnt work.
