Magnum380Z Posted August 1, 2006 Share Posted August 1, 2006 How hard is it to change fuel injectors on 81 turboz I have never performed this before,so what do i need to do and what do i need to watch for? and its just one injector bad.....? any thoughts any body? olie05 Posted August 1, 2006 Share Posted August 1, 2006 the easiest way is to unscrew the little phillips head screws on the base of the injectors. Once all the injectors are off the manifold you can remove and replace one. Installation is the same as removal, just make sure all the o-rings are in the holes or you will have vacuum leaks.
