stemo76
The JTR book tells you to cut the shaft and drill and rethread the fork to match the new shaft. Any reason why you can't just swap the shafts from my old datsun unit to the new tilton unit? I did it but don't have the car fully together to know if I am going to run into some kind of problem. love-my-V8-280Z
I don't see why it would not work. As long as you can adjust the shaft at the peddle... Also not a lot of work if you find that you can't get the adjustment needed to remove the master and rework it.
