Guest dan4011
just a quick reference question. i know for the most part the larger the turbo, the more air it can move with less heat, and from experience ive seen that smaller turbos seem to spool up faster and are alot more respondant, but just push hot air at higher boost levels. so my question is, at low boost levels, is it better to have a smaller turbo and are you going to gain anything from a larger set up. reason im asking is i have a t3/t4 hybrid on my n/a turbo, car isnt going to see over 12psi boost. thanks guys. and yes i know, i need to read maximum boost, anyone have an extra coppy they wanna sell? spork
It depends on the trim and specs of that hybrid turbo. With a properly set up hybrid, the car will run good, but with the wrong one, The car may not come alive until you get into the higher boost levels.
