mrkopsho Posted October 8, 2006 Share Posted October 8, 2006 I have found a couple of places on line that make adapters for z's that allow the use of many late modle hona civic rims but they say the adapters are only good for wheels that have a +38 to 40 offset. I want to use a tire that has a larger offset and a wider rim than the standard 7-7.5. I'd like to use a 9 or 10 if possible. The tire sticking out past the wheel well is what I'm looking for b/c I'm building a one off wide body kit that will extend the wheel wells out to the tire when complete. So does anyone know of a place that will make me custom adapters or someone who already makes adapters for a larger width wheel? The ones I've seen are 1.5 inches and they state the center bore is cut to fit the zx so I'm guessing that the bore size isn't a standard size on adapters.
