will c
Hello all I just got a 78 280z given to me for free. It has the straight 6 fuel injected motor. It starts but idles very poorly and revs verrry slow. I am not familiar at all with these engines, but know carbed v8's pretty well. What are some of the first thinks I should check It feels almost like a fuel problem. I plan on doing a chevy 350 swap for it but in the mean time I would like to get this engine running good and see what I can get out of it. thanks for any input, will

Stealth-Z
Here is a link to the factory fuel injection troubleshooting manual. Right click on it and "Save target as" to download it. Lots of useful information. http://www.fairladyzg.com/PDF/280zfuelinjectionbook.pdf
