mobythevan
Has anyone used neon style 4 post coil packs for an EDIS setup? Did it require a single wire to trigger all 4 or 2 wires, each firing 2 posts?

Primary resistance was within .1 ohm of Ford.
mobythevan
Ron, did you use the actual EDIS module to trigger the coil pack or did you use Megasquirt itself to directly fire the coil pack through the VB921 transistor?

I used EDIS to drive the pack, with MS running EDIS. Spill the beans... what are you up to?
mobythevan
I am really close to having the EDIS8 on my supercharged 454. Just didn't want to use those Ford high tension plugs. If anyone does want to use those I have two Ford four post coils
