The Winter 2007 issue of Nissan Sport magazine (www.nissansportmag.com) releases officially January 1, 2007 and we’ve packed the new issue with Z info. Here’s just a taste of what’s coming in the new issue…. WHAT’S YOUR CLASSIC WORTH? Our 5-page auction guide details how to buy a classic Z, including current pricing on Zs from the iconic 240Z to the Z31. (You won’t believe what one 280ZX Anniversary Edition went for, and what Z brought over $25,000.) 240Z RESTORATION: This 240Z restoration one-year side project turned into a serious, near decade-long rebuild with amazing results. TESTS, HOW TOS, & REVIEWS: We review a set of all-season tire for the Z, test grounding wires (do they really work?), show you how to best seat your brakes, and highlight new parts for the 240Z and 300ZX. WILD 350ZS: Our lead feature for the Winter issue is a dynamite 350Z. In our SEMA feature, we include just about every Nissan at the show, from GT-Rs to crazy 350Zs. We also have details on an all new turbo kit. PROJECT Zs: Our 240Z gets new rims (and discovers some brand new wheel releases for S30s) while our 350Z selects an engine for competition. AND MORE: We cover a restored Z31 (using an ’88 SS as a parts car), highlight a Z32 NA auto gets transformed to a TT MT, and report on a host of great Z events (Florida Z Fest, Midwest Z Fest, British 350Z convention, Japanese Classic Car Show, SEZS #7). In motorsports, you’ll get news from the Runoffs and other races, along with a tech discussion on slow steering.
