What EFI pump for 60 gal/hr at 50psi

Hmm 600 is pushing for an intank. The best is walbro GSS342 or GSS341 and 500 crank is a safe limit for it. You could run dual pumps. Both 341 and 342 are the same, just the outlet and power connector rotated around on the top compared to the pickup on the bottom. You can snag them for <$100 each.

For an inline, I like the A1000. Fuel is your insurance policy so I wouldn't skimp (not saying you were or anything). All EFI pumps have a pressure response curve. The more flow, the lower pressure. Most are rated to flow x lph at standard 3 bar (43.5 psi) pressure. That being said, there are limits to how much pressure they can flow and all of them vary; they'll drop off at higher pressures. I have personally built and tuned A1000 cars that flowed well over 600 HP at 65~70 psi supply pressure with no fluctuations.

It's a good pump since it has nice big inlet/outlet fittings designed to screw AN fittings into them. Aeromotive also makes nice pre and post filters to screw right into the pump on inlet and outlet which saves a decent chunk on AN fittings. The pump is a tad noisy but you can cut that down a lot by using rubber mounted standoffs for it.

Hope that helps.

Have you tried to run two pumps in parallel before? Another thing I was contemplating was running two of the Master/Airtex E2000 pumps. They are $75 are flow 30-40 gallons per hour each according to some info I dug up. Even on the low end they would give me what I need. The A1000 pump is $300 so that could save me quite a bit. Right now it would be easy for me to run two hard lines up to my firewall, then Y into a single 1/2 inch line right at my fuel rail.
