ozzinc
I have a 73 datsun 240z with a automatic transmission, that has been sitting for most of the winter, and every now and then I would start the car up, but most recently I tried to start it up and it would not start. the car is not getting any spark, I adjusted the dual points to the correct gap and the wires and sparks plugs and cap & rotor are new, And I also changed the coil, but I still get no spark, any suggestions would greatly. clsatt
I had thet problem with my 240, I replaced the condencer and it started right up. you don't have the dash off or guages out do you? found out the hard way that the tac has to be hooked up to get power to the ignition system. I was cussing over that schematic for two days trying to sind why I wasn't getting power to the coil... chris
