sone
I Took My 1977 280z For Its First Test Drive To See How It Drives, And I Fell In Love With It More Than When I First Bought. But I Noticed When I Was At A Stop Sign For Some Reason The Rpm's Were At 2,000 Once I Had Put It Into First They Dropped To Normal Again. Is Nuetral (while Holding The Brake Down) Suppose To Be A Higher Rpm Then My Idle? My Idle Usually Goes Up To 1500 And Then Drops To About 1000 After A Few Seconds. I Was Told My Car Had A Hold Start But I Never Heard Of This 2000 At A Stop Sign. I Did Go Form 2nd To Nuetral If It Makes A Big Difference Btw. Sparks280zt
You can turn the idle adjustment screw to bring the idle back down to around 1k.
