The heating cooling RATES might be a bit different but so are everybody's MS settings so that point can be moot. I am going to use the CHT sensor first because it's there already. Bottome line is does it work for you? If it does, then it's all good. I like the idea of monitoring head temp because theoretically, that effects combustion more directly than coolant temp. Basically it's probably a 10-20 degree difference over a matter of 30-60 seconds of temperature rate lag between the two locations. Just a hunch. I finished adding the Mapdaddy boost/atmosphere sensor on the MS-II last night. I also changed the jumper wires around to be able to use the 83 distributor/coil. The stimulator should be here today.
