Adding a chrome grill

The first step was to strip all the junk out of the front end.

Second, actually find a grill that would fit. Anything larger then 39x10 will work nicely. I bought an Excursion grill off ebay. Another model that will work is the old school Blazer grill.

Simply trim the edges to fit, and bend the brackets to bolt to the original hardware. Another thing you have to do is use a 1" spacer with an extra long bolt to make the turn signals fit farther back in their brackets. This will allow the grill to sit flush against the face of both brackets.
