HoustonZ Posted March 31, 2007 Share Posted March 31, 2007 The first step was to strip all the junk out of the front end. Second, actually find a grill that would fit. Anything larger then 39x10 will work nicely. I bought an Excursion grill off ebay. Another thing you have to do is use a 1" spacer with an extra long bolt to make the turn signals fit farther back in their brackets.
