MaTTSuN Posted May 6, 2007 Share Posted May 6, 2007 well i went through my wirering yesterday and made sure all the wires had continuity... they al do BUT the water temp sensor wire wasnt hooked up it was cut for some reason hmmm could that be what was giving me my troubles? I have a 81 turbo set-up and it would run ok but i could not get it to make any power it would bog down and die. ill know this week if it works and ill have a fat burnout vid for you guys to enjoy should have done this from the start but i guess ill know what to do next time... GrayZee Posted May 9, 2007 Share Posted May 9, 2007 the water temp sensor (at the thermostat) has nothing to do with the ecu. It is for the temp gauge on the dash.
