After 15 years of ownership and effort, it is time to pass this little rocket along to someone else. This car is very fast, very fun, and truly unique. It has been heavily modified from nose to tail, including a 3.1 litre motor, 5-spd transmission, LSD, 4-wheel disc brakes, Tokico adjustable suspension, etc. The full details are as follows:

BODY: 1970 240Z (HLS30 12759)

Hand-laid Kevlar/fiberglass roadster cap, designed and installed by Sam Freeman of Hollywood Motors.

Frame reinforcements throughout, using rectangular steel section, designed for 400+hp V8 applications and installed by Sam Freeman of Hollywood Motors.

Cleaner lines from removal of side marker lamps and replacing with welded plates of original Datsun steel.

Camshaft – Schneider Stage III with .460†lift, 270 intake duration, and 280 exhaust duration. Provides a reasonable idle and pulls hard from 3000 - 6500 rpm.

Valves – Nissan/Datsun Competition stainless-steel at L28 diameter, factory modified and swirled for volumetric efficiency.

Rockers – factory L28 rockers lightened and balanced to minimize dynamic differences along the entire operating valvetrain, for smoother, higher revs.

Fuel System – stainless steel braid, tubing, and swage fittings from tank to carbs through a Holley adjustable regulator.
