Questions about R200 longnose diffs/LSDs

Please help. As I understand it the below is true... If not, please let me know.

 

 

1. 300ZX turbo cars have R200 differentials with posi.

2. 300ZX differentials do not fit a 1973 240Z.

3. 1986 200SX turbo cars have 3.90 gears but are not posi.

4. 200SX turbo differentials will fit the 1973 240Z.

 

Where can I purchase a posi unit for the 200SX turbo differential?
