HICKL Posted June 17, 2007 Share Posted June 17, 2007 I kind of feel stupid about this but here it goes. I got a set of ZX cv joints a few years ago. I designed my own adapters (which I am very proud of and will share the details when I get some time) and finall did the swap on one side. I get it all together and find that the outer cv joint has a fair amount of slack in it. Have I just wasted a bunch of work around a junk set of cv's? I drove it around the block and didn't feel anything odd but will slack cuase it to fail the first time I launch it hard? If they are junk, anybody got a set for sale?
