mannyvig Posted June 25, 2007 Share Posted June 25, 2007 So we just got an n1 gt28r from an r34 and wanted to just pop it in the rb20. We noticed that the elbow and manifold flange is different on the exhaust housings. the center section looks to be the same diameter and the bolt pattern from the center section to the exhaust housing is the same. Has anyone put the center section and compressor housing from the gt28 Into the exhaust housing of the t25. I know the ratios will prob change but thats ok to me. RB26S14 Posted June 26, 2007 Share Posted June 26, 2007 i tried to put one of my gt28 turbos from my rb26 on the exhaust housing of a gt25 sr20 turbo and it looked perfect but it wouldn't bolt up back together. it looks like it will but it doesn't end up fitting correctly.
