GeeZ
I have been having leakage around #6 exhaust port on my Turbo Tom exhaust manifold. There isn't much metal for the chunky washer to grab. This will my fifth time I or a mechanic have replaced the gasket since I got the car going after 10 yrs of storage. Going back thru the posts, I used the suggestions of JohnC from a similar post in June and this seemed to help, temporarily. Again from the posts, it was suggested that the problem maybe a warped exhaust manifold. I checked both the head and the exhaust manifold. The head is straight but the manifold is not as straight. Putting a straight edge on there is clearance about 0.2-0.3mm (0.01") in the middle of manifold. Is this too much? Should I get this machined? I am using a Fel-Pro gasket for P90A head. Thanks for any help
