Fuzz260z
ive been looking around for some coilovers for my s30. ive found a few kits on the net, and recently found this one on ebay. im not so sure about it, it dosent say any specs and dosent even look like it would fit. im just wondering if anyone has bought one of these kits and installed it, or if anyone knows about these kits in particular. cheers http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Racing-Dual-Coil-overs-Coilover-DATSUN-240Z-260Z-70-78_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33586QQihZ013QQitemZ230177830196QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW
DavyZ
My guess is that is a common photo used for every application. The Z kit won't look exactly like that I'd bet. Email them and see if they'll give you what the spring rates are---that's very important... Davy
johnc
THE DOUBLE SPRINGS DESIGN ENFORCE THE HANDLING WHEN FAST CORNERING AND ALSO REDUCE THE COMMON JUMPING NOISES HAPPENED TO MOST COILOVER KITS. Do you really want your handling enforced?
texis30O
what about those pesky "jumping noises"?
speedgato
I just finished installing my coil overs. I purchased mine from Ground Control, I couldn't be more pleased. http://www.ground-control-store.com/products/category.php/CA=
srgunz
I just finished installing my coil overs. I purchased mine from Ground Control, I couldn't be more pleased. http://www.ground-control-store.com/products/category.php/CA=93 I was wondering does this kit allow the use of the stock upper rubber insulator mount? If not do any of the otherkits use the stoct mount for street use?
speedgato
No. The stock insulator mounts are replaced.
