Anyway, what exactly is the issue because theres only 8 wires that get that engine to run. Tell me which wires exactly your having trouble with. peace. nismopu Posted October 21, 2007 Share Posted October 21, 2007 hey, sorry I kinda forgot about this thread but, I am pretty sure you have to hook up the green with a black stripe to a 12v source. It gives power to the coil through the power transistor. Theres a yellow wire on there as well that sends signal letting the ecu know the engine is cranking but i dont think its important. The blue wire on there is merely for the dash and tach signal as are alot of the other wires.
