Astral Ace
Maybe I'm just not looking well enough, but I can't find a darn thing. I have some NGKs in there now, don't know what kind though. I just want to know what plugs and gaps are good for a 240z with headers, SUs, MSD coil, and a few other things here and there. (Would like to know by tomorrow.) Thanks, Brandon
naviathan
Standard NKG copper cores with stock gap from the FSM should be fine. Your mods aren't going to change the type or gap of the plugs you're going to need unless you're going super extreme racing engine with some off the wall compression ratio. Astral Ace
At the moment... I don't know what you mean by FSM, but I get all the rest.
Goose52
FSM = factory service manual. Standard plugs were the NGK BP6ES. 37 years of use has proven this plug to be the best bet your application. FSM says to gap to .031 to .035 - with your hotter coil, you might do well at the .035 gap.
